Social Entrepreneurs must be willing to identify where there are gaps in managing and operating the business. By assessing business needs, a social entrepreneur can determine the business’ current state of growth and use the data to plan the future state before accessing the Social Learning Fund to execute and successfully launch.
The information obtained through this assessment will provide insight to help you balance, scale, transform the business, and achieve financial sustainability. Complete the steps below then click the submit button to see your results. This self-assessment should take approximately 10-15 minutes to complete.
- Complete Contact Information, Business Details, and Demographics.
- Rate the business’ capability for each question using the Capability Scale for either the Conceptual Business (Black Button) or the Existing Business (Blue Button) located to the right.
- Complete the assessment based on the Current State of the business the first time.
- Following your FREE consultation, you will be asked to complete the assessment again for the Future State of the business to prepare for business infusion (nonprofit entities) and philanthropy infusion (for-profit entities).
