This membership level is a FREE subscription to for-profit and nonprofit entrepreneurs and sole proprietors interested in developing, growing, and thriving as social entrepreneurs. Pacer: Capacity Builder
Fee: $1,800
This monthly subscription plan is for conceptual and existing small businesses or sole proprietors looking to build operational capacity with a strong workforce.
- Grow your operational team with qualified paid Volunteers or Contingent Worker Trainees.
- Complete Capacity Builder Training. Up to three (3) human resources included for six months.
- Schedule 1x1 mentoring sessions with expert facilitators

Pacer: Project Innovator
Fee: $4,800
This monthly subscription plan is for conceptual and existing businesses or sole proprietors looking to create a new product, program, or service for the business and includes:
- One (1) product engineer, business developer, or learning technologist
- Co-plan, design, and build the product, program, or service solution
- Add additional human resources at a discounted rate as needed
- Capacity Builder 300 plan features included
Pacer: Platform Developer
Fee: $6,600
This monthly subscription plan is for conceptual and existing businesses or sole proprietors looking to create as user-centric platform for the business and includes:
- One (1) designer and one (1) programmer
- Co-plan, design, and build the platform solution

Certified Business Philanthropist
Fee: $3,000
This subscription plan is for people interested in becoming a Certified Business Philanthropist. It is ideal for coaches, mentors, and business development experts. The plan includes:

A + denotes that a Personal Needs Assessment may be required beyond the Business Needs Assessment if the candidate is seeking certification to access career opportunities rather than business opportunities.
