SHINSHURI owns all trademarks, business models, educational curricula, courseware products, videos, reference documentation, tool kits, learning platform, and business systems for Business Philanthropy™ (collectively "The Intellectual Property"). SHINSHURI provides a single source of innovative business technology programs and services, which can include business development, administration, operations, marketing, advertising, membership, product and program development, professional development, and financial/investment opportunities.

Intellectual Property and Confidentiality
MENTOR Leadership™ program participants, students, members, and their teams:
- shall only use SHINSHURI Intellectual Property internally to their company or organization, and may not copy, duplicate, sell, share, distribute, print or provide access to anyone that is not an employee, representative, team member, or agent of the company.
- shall not disclose and hold in strict confidence to protect SHINSHURI, their own, and other program participants’ intellectual property rights, and may not copy, duplicate, sell, share, distribute, print or provide access to anyone that is not a student in the program or member of the Business Philanthropist website.
SHINSHURI respects each Client’s/Participant's privacy and insists that Clients respect SHINSHURI’S and other Program Participants (herein referred to as “Participants”). Thus, consider this a mutual non-disclosure agreement. Any Confidential Information shared by Participants or any representative of SHINSHURI is confidential, Proprietary, and belongs solely and exclusively to the party that shared or disclosed the content or information (e.g. business strategies, methods, techniques, models, process, business plans, etc.). Parties agree not to disclose, reveal or make use of any Confidential Information or any transactions, during discussions, on the forum or otherwise.
Participant agrees not to use such confidential information in any manner other than in discussion with other Participants during program. Confidential Information includes, but is not limited to, information disclosed in connection with this Agreement, and shall not include information rightfully obtained from a third party. Both Parties will keep Confidential Information in strictest confidence and shall use the best efforts to safeguard the Confidential Information and to protect it against disclosure, misuse, espionage, loss and theft.
Participant agrees not to violate SHINSHURI’S publicity or privacy rights. Furthermore, Participant will NOT reveal any information to a third party obtained in connection with this Agreement or SHINSHURIS’S direct or indirect dealings with Participant including but not limited to; names, email addresses, third-party company titles or positions, phone numbers or addresses. Additionally, Participant will not, at any time, either directly or indirectly, disclose confidential information to any third party. Further, by purchasing this program or accessing the learning community you agree that if you violate or display any likelihood of violating this session SHINSHURI and/or the other Participant(s) will be entitled to injunctive relief to prohibit any such violations to protect against the harm of such violations.
MENTOR Leadership™ program participants, students, members, and their teams:
- shall receive a one-year membership to the Chamber of their choice who has established an existing partnership with SHINSHURI.
- shall be responsible to maintain their chamber membership directly with the chamber including renewals and other services offered through the chamber, and SHINSHURI assumes no responsibility or liability for any foreseen or unforeseen issues that may arise from Participants membership or business dealings with the selected chamber.
- agrees that the chamber selected is an independent agency outside of SHINSHURI and the chamber and SHINSHURI have no legal authority to represent the other, and Participant assumes full responsibility for his or her membership, maintenance, and relationship with the chamber.
WHEN ADDRESSING FINANCIAL MATTERS OR BUSINESS RESULTS ON THE WEBSITE, LEARNING COMMUNITY, SALES PAGES, VIDEOS, NEWSLETTERS, PROGRAMS OR OTHER MATERIALS, EVERY EFFORT HAS BEEN MADE TO ACCURATELY REPRESENT THIS PROGRAM AND ITS POTENTIAL. Independent Contractor Status
Nothing in this Agreement is to be construed as creating a partnership, venture alliance, or any other similar relationship. Each party shall be an independent contractor in its performance hereunder and shall retain control over its personnel and the way such personnel perform hereunder. In no event shall such persons be deemed employees of the other party by participation or performance hereunder.
Should an event occur that is beyond reasonable control of either party including, but not limited to, acts of God, war, acts of terrorism, or State Department travel advisory make it illegal, impossible, or inadvisable to perform the terms laid out under this Agreement, the Company performance will be extended without liability for a period to perform due to the occurrence.
